一、依據「115年度教育部教學實踐研究區域基地計畫」辦理。

二、旨揭辦法係為協助教師撰寫教學實踐研究計畫，東區基地提供計畫撰寫諮詢服務，邀請諮詢顧問針對申請者研提計畫內容與方向給予建議。

三、申請期間：即日起至115年10月30日(五)17:00止。

四、諮詢期間：自115年10月12日(一)至115年11月20日(五)止。

五、實施方式說明：
(一)一對一線上諮詢，每次諮詢以1.5小時為限，諮詢費由本基地核支。
(二)諮詢服務由教學實踐研究六校區域基地聯合提供，為維護輔導品質並促進資源均衡運用，每位諮詢顧問輔導上限為3案；諮詢名額有限，敬請有意申請之教師儘早提出申請。
(三)全國大專校院符合申請教學實踐研究計畫資格之教師，優先錄取「東區跨校教師社群成員」及「東區基地聯盟學校教師」。
(四)每位申請人申請諮詢服務至多2次，且申請人應回傳第1次諮詢紀錄回饋表後，始得申請第2次諮詢服務。
(五)申請人須提出「116年度教育部教學實踐研究計畫」。

六、申請流程：
(一)請於115年10月30日(五)17:00前，填寫「申請表」後上傳至google表單https://forms.gle/TAmvJRBpgZSCQUvT9。
(二)申請人提出申請後，東區基地將盡快通知媒合結果，申請表將提供諮詢 Mentor 參考，倘如已完成計畫書初稿
亦請一併提供。
(三)申請人須於諮詢後一週內填寫「諮詢紀錄表(含照片)」後上傳至google表單https://forms.gle/MqTb9sk88reGbdFL8。

I. This application is conducted in accordance with the "2026 Ministry of Education Teaching Practice Research Regional Base Project".

II. The purpose of this method is to assist teachers in writing teaching practice research projects. The Eastern Region Base provides project writing consultation services, inviting consultants to provide suggestions on the content and direction of applicants' projects.

III. Application period: From now until 17:00 on October 30, 2026 (Friday).

IV. Consultation period: From October 12, 2026 (Monday) to November 20, 2026 (Friday).

V. Implementation method:

(I) One-on-one online consultation, each consultation limited to 1.5 hours. Consultation fees will be covered by this base.

(II) Consultation services are jointly provided by the six regional bases for teaching practice research. To maintain the quality of guidance and promote the balanced use of resources, each consultant is limited to a maximum of 3 cases. Consultation slots are limited, so interested teachers are encouraged to apply as early as possible. (III) Teachers from universities and colleges nationwide who meet the eligibility requirements for the Teaching Practice Research Project will be given priority admission to members of the "Eastern Region Inter-School Teacher Community" and "Eastern Region Base Alliance Schools."

(IV) Each applicant may apply for consultation services a maximum of two times, and applicants must submit the feedback form for the first consultation before applying for a second consultation.

(V) Applicants must submit a "2027 Ministry of Education Teaching Practice Research Project."

VI. Application Process:

(I) Please complete the "Application Form" and upload it to the Google Forms website https://forms.gle/TAmvJRBpgZSCQUvT9 before 17:00 on October 30, 2026 (Friday).

(II) After the applicant submits the application, the Eastern Region Base will notify the matching results as soon as possible. The application form will be provided to the consulting mentor for reference. If a draft of the project proposal has been completed, please also submit it. (III) Applicants must complete the "Consultation Record Form (including photo)" and upload it to the Google Forms website within one week of the consultation: https://forms.gle/MqTb9sk88reGbdFL8.
