Q1: How do I apply for Chinese or English transcript, certificates or documents ?

Apply at  the Kiosk in the L Building or W Building or Fill out the “Chinese and English Certificate Application Form” then mail to Registration Office.

Q2: How do I reapply for student ID card?

 Available for students enrolled in and after the academic year of 2018
  • Fill out the Replacement of iCash-Student ID Card Application Form
  • Pay NTD $ 120 at the kiosk(located in L building or W building.
  • Bring the receipt to the  Office of Registration at the first floor of L building (L103) and pick up after two weeks  processing days.
 Available for students enrolled in and before the academic year of 2017

Q3: How do I apply for credit waiver?

  1. Go to your graduate program in applying for credit waiver.
  2. Bring your transcript to your graduate program for verification, then send to “ Office of Registration” at the first floor of L building (L103)
  3. Call to inquire /Check in person on “Course Selection & Grade Inquiry” system. * You may waive credits once upon entrance within the given time period, which is the first two weeks of each semester.


Q4: How do I apply for course withdrawal?

  1. Applications to drop courses must be completed from 11th to 12th week in each semester.
  2. Login to the Course Selection & Grade Inquiry and click to drop your intended courses in the above period.

* All your required and selective courses could be withdrawn, but the credits of the other courses left should be no less than 2 credits.

Q5: How do I apply for Double Major or Minor Study? (Undergraduates only)

  1. Undergraduates apply for Double Major or Minor Study must be completed during the course selection period in each semester.
  2. Double Major or Minor Study can not be applied simultaneously.
  3. To apply, login to the Course Selection & Grade Inquiry and choose Double Major or Minor Study to proceed

Q6: How do I apply for Department Transfer? (Undergraduates only)

  1. Except for students in the senior year or those who are in suspension, undergraduates apply for Department Transfer must be completed during the 7th~8th week in each semester.
  2. Download and fill out the application form here (odt),and must be approved by the chairman of both departments. Please finally hand in application form to the“ Office of Registration” at the first floor of L building (L103)
  3. The final result of will be announced after the examination of the Committee of Department Transfer in each semester.

Q7: How do I apply for Suspension?

  1. Students could apply for Suspension and must complete the entire process before the final exams scheduled on the academic calendar
  2. Under the approval of their parents or legal supervisors, please download and fill out the application form here (odt)and must notify the related office by person. Please hand in application form and return your student I.D. to the“ Office of Registration” at the first floor of L building (L103) when the application is approved.
  3. The culmination of suspension period is 4 years at most .
