一、本課程為配合「大學聯盟深化數位學習推展與創新應用計畫－數位培力終身益學聯盟」所規劃之特色數位課程，特由本校精心設計推出。
二、課程由中原大學工業與系統工程學系余燕薇助理教授主講，內容著重於培養人際互動技巧與職場軟實力，協助學員因應各種職場挑戰。透過線上學習，學生將習得打破溝通障礙的方法，並在專業環境中發揮持久且正向的影響力。
三、開課期間：即日起至114年12月31日止。

Description:
1. This course is a featured digital course designed and offered by our university in conjunction with the "Digital Empowerment for Lifelong Learning Alliance," a program of the University Alliance to Deepen Digital Learning Promotion and Innovative Applications.
2. The course, taught by Assistant Professor Yu Yanwei of the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering at Chung Yuan Christian University, focuses on developing interpersonal skills and workplace soft skills to help students cope with various workplace challenges. Through online learning, students will learn how to break down communication barriers and make a lasting, positive impact in professional settings.
