本學期普通教室已依課表設定供電。

學期中第4週至第18週，週一至週五如欲借用普通教室，請填寫：https://forms.gle/D9gTxUk4iUszB22d7。

週六、週日、假日、寒/暑假，普通教室會上鎖、斷電，請填寫紙本「普通教室短期借用申請單」，完成書面簽核流程，並建請自行保留副本。

借用日期如為週六、週日，請將紙本「普通教室短期借用申請單」送至進修處（S101；分機2401）。

教室使用後，請務必收拾垃圾、清潔環境、擦拭黑/白板、收取投影布幕、課桌椅若挪動請復位。若違反規定經舉報，該單位列管「停借用一次」。

如完成借用簽核流程後，教室未開放，請聯絡：
週一至週五：總務處保管組（L011；分機2330、2335）
週六、週日、假日：校安中心（L102；分機2205）或W棟大門警衛（分機2338）

During the 4th-18th week of this semester, to reserve a general classroom, please complete the form at: https://forms.gle/D9gTxUk4iUszB22d7.

On Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and winter/summer vacations, general classrooms will be locked and power out. Please fill out the paper "General Classroom Short-Term Use Application Form", and complete the written approval process to reserve the classroom.

Please complete the application process at least 3 orking days prior to the intended date of use.

After using the classroom, please be sure to clean the environment, wipe the black/white board, retract the projection screen, and return any moved desks and chairs to their original positions.

If the classroom is not open during the reserved time, please contact:
Monday through Friday: Property and Inventory Division, General Affairs Office (Room L011; Ext. 2330, 2335)
Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays: Campus Security Center (Room L102; Ext. 2205) or Security Office at Building W (Ext. 2338)
