一、本研習營為鼓勵全國大學校院專任教師持續精進並促進同儕交流，及對教師在職涯上所可能遇到的教學、研究問題、未來挑戰，特邀請傑出教師、國科會召集人、教學實踐研究計畫總主持人、跨領域計畫主持人、AI教育先行者，以及教學實踐研究推動者與教師專業發展引領者，親臨分享寶貴經驗並安排多個專題小組討論，透過經驗交流與同儕互動，分享實務心法與成功策略，啟發靈感與合作契機。參加者將有機會深入探索研究計畫申請策略、跨領域資源整合技巧，以及AI浪潮下的教學新趨勢。希望藉此活動達到活化學員思緒，促進學員互動並激發靈感，期日後更有效能地面對與解決教職生涯中遇到的關鍵問題，達到協助教師提升個人自我認同、教學品質及研究能量之目的。

1. To encourage continuous improvement and foster peer exchange among full-time faculty members at universities and colleges nationwide, this workshop aims to address the teaching and research challenges and future challenges they may face throughout their careers. We have invited distinguished faculty, conveners of the National Science Council, co-leaders of teaching practice research projects, co-leaders of cross-disciplinary projects, pioneers in AI education, as well as promoters of teaching practice research and leaders in faculty professional development. These distinguished faculty members will share their valuable experiences and arrange multiple panel discussions. Through experience sharing and interaction with peers, participants will share practical insights and successful strategies, sparking inspiration and fostering collaboration. Participants will have the opportunity to explore in-depth research proposal application strategies, cross-disciplinary resource integration techniques, and new teaching trends in the AI ​​era. This event aims to stimulate participants' thinking, foster interaction, and spark inspiration, enabling them to more effectively address and resolve critical issues in their future teaching careers, ultimately helping faculty enhance their personal identity, teaching quality, and research energy.
