一、依「教育部114年教學實踐研究計畫區域基地計畫」辦理。

二、旨揭辦法係透過區域基地資源，提供一對一教學實踐研究計畫撰寫諮詢服務，藉以提升計畫申請及通過率。

三、實施方式：線上或實體一對一諮詢為主要方式。

四、申請資格說明：
(一)限全國大專校院符合申請教學實踐研究計畫資格之教師。
(二)申請人須提出115年度教育部教學實踐研究計畫申請。
(三)每位申請人至多申請諮詢服務以2次為原則，申請人應先完成並回傳第1次諮詢紀錄及回饋表後，始得申請第2次諮詢服務。

五、請申請人於114年11月30日(日)前填寫申請表(附件一)並簽名後，上傳至google表單：https://forms.gle/MqY8f3n4My6ZPPLd9。

六、申請人請於諮詢完成一週內回傳諮詢紀錄及回饋表(附件二)至承辦人信箱(chiao0123@pu.edu.tw)。

七、諮詢期間：即日起至114年12月10日（三）止。

1. Application is based on the "Ministry of Education's 2025 Teaching Practice Research Project Regional Base Program."

2. This policy provides one-on-one consulting services for teaching practice research proposals through regional base resources, thereby increasing the application and approval rates.

3. Implementation Method: Online or in-person one-on-one consultations are the primary methods.

4. Application Eligibility:
(1) Limited to faculty members from universities and colleges nationwide who meet the eligibility requirements for the Teaching Practice Research Project.
(2) Applicants must submit an application for the 2025 Ministry of Education Teaching Practice Research Project.
(3) Each applicant may apply for a maximum of two consultations. Applicants must complete and return the first consultation record and feedback form before applying for the second consultation.

5. Applicants must complete and sign the application form (Appendix 1) by November 30, 2025, and upload it to the Google Form: https://forms.gle/MqY8f3n4My6ZPPLd9.

6. Applicants should return the consultation record and feedback form (Appendix 2) to the organizer's email address (chiao0123@pu.edu.tw) within one week of completing the consultation.

7. Consultation period: From now until December 10, 2025 (Wednesday).
