一、教育部107年12月3日臺教技(三)字第1070211712號函及108年1月7日臺教高(二)字第1070222450號函(諒達)，請各校發展媒體素養相關新興議題教學資源及開設相關課程內容，教育部將視其成果納入高教深耕計畫檢視。

二、配合教育部「推動媒體素養教育行動方案」，114學年度委託銘傳大學、靜宜大學及義守大學辦理「高等教育媒體素養課程發展計畫」，旨揭研習工作坊，主要以全國高等教育現場教師為對象，從媒體識讀基礎談起，進而延伸至教案產製的過程、媒體現象的解讀、教學現場的困難與解方等，逐步深化，培養對於媒體素養之認知，同時習得相關教材之設計方法，亦做為未來推動大專校院高等教育媒體素養課程發展、建置教學參考教材模組、種子教師培訓及經營教師共備社群之基礎。

三、北區及南區工作坊辦理時間、地點及報名方式如下：
　(一)北區工作坊
　　１、辦理時間為114年11月21日(星期五) 。
　　２、地點為銘傳大學基河校區6樓會議室(臺北市士林區基河路130號6樓)。

　(二)南區工作坊

四、中區工作坊預計於114年11月8日於靜宜大學舉行，教育部前以臺教技(三)字第1142302359號函（諒達）提供相關資訊，請鼓勵教師踴躍參與3區工作坊，並給予參加教師研習時數。

I. The Ministry of Education's letters dated December 3, 2018 (Taiwan Education Technology (III) No. 1070211712) and January 7, 2019 (Taiwan Education Higher Education (II) No. 1070222450) (under review) request all schools to develop teaching resources and offer related courses on emerging media literacy issues. The Ministry of Education will consider the results and include them in the Higher Education Deep Cultivation Project for review.

II. In accordance with the Ministry of Education's "Action Plan for Promoting Media Literacy Education," the "Higher Education Media Literacy Curriculum Development Project" was commissioned to Ming Chuan University, Providence University, and I-Shou University for the 2025 academic year. The aim of this workshop is to cultivate a deeper understanding of media literacy among higher education teachers nationwide. Starting with the basics of media literacy, the workshop will extend to the process of lesson plan creation, the interpretation of media phenomena, and the difficulties and solutions encountered in teaching. Participants will learn relevant teaching material design methods, which will also serve as a foundation for future development of media literacy courses in higher education institutions, the construction of teaching reference modules, seed teacher training, and the management of a collaborative teaching community.

III. The workshop dates, locations, and registration methods for the Northern and Southern regions are as follows:

(I) Northern Region Workshop

1. Date: November 21, 2025 (Friday)

(II) Southern Region Workshop

IV. The Central Taiwan workshop is scheduled to be held at Providence University on November 8, 2025. The Ministry of Education previously provided relevant information via letter No. 1142302359 (Taiwan Education Technology (III)). Teachers are encouraged to actively participate in the workshops in all three regions, and workshop hours will be provided to participating teachers.
