一、旨揭課程將介紹經濟動物起源、育種、飼養、營養管理、福祉、動物性蛋白質、肉品加工等之概念與知識。共分為6個子課程包括「農場動物憶當年」、「農場動物星光選秀」、「農場動物培訓營」、「農場動物讀心術與友善飼養」、「微觀下的農場動物」、「畜產品食在好健康」。
二、本課程修課免費且可採認環境教育時數，敬請至「教育部edu磨課師+平台」搜尋「畜產品與它的產地」可立即註冊修課，平台網址：https://moocs.moe.edu.tw/。
三、開課期間：自即日起至114年12月31日止。
四、本次課程為「大學聯盟深化數位學習推展與創新應用計畫」醫農藝工聯盟所規劃之「華麗變身：農畜產品的生產與加工」系列課程。
Notes:

I. This course will introduce concepts and knowledge related to the origin, breeding, husbandry, nutritional management, welfare, animal protein, and meat processing of economically important animals. It consists of six sub-courses: "Farm Animal Memories," "Farm Animal Star Search," "Farm Animal Training Camp," "Farm Animal Mind Reading and Friendly Feeding," "Farm Animals in the Microcosm," and "Livestock Products for Good Health."
