說明:
一、旨揭課程將介紹經濟動物起源、育種、飼養、營養管理、福祉、動物性蛋白質、肉品加工等之概念與知識。共分為6個子課程包括「農場動物憶當年」、「農場動物星光選秀」、「農場動物培訓營」、「農場動物讀心術與友善飼養」、「微觀下的農場動物」、「畜產品食在好健康」。
二、本課程修課免費且可採認環境教育時數,敬請至「教育部edu磨課師+平台」搜尋「畜產品與它的產地」可立即註冊修課,平台網址:https://moocs.moe.edu.tw/。
三、開課期間:自即日起至114年12月31日止。
四、本次課程為「大學聯盟深化數位學習推展與創新應用計畫」醫農藝工聯盟所規劃之「華麗變身:農畜產品的生產與加工」系列課程。
Notes:
I. This course will introduce concepts and knowledge related to the origin, breeding, husbandry, nutritional management, welfare, animal protein, and meat processing of economically important animals. It consists of six sub-courses: "Farm Animal Memories," "Farm Animal Star Search," "Farm Animal Training Camp," "Farm Animal Mind Reading and Friendly Feeding," "Farm Animals in the Microcosm," and "Livestock Products for Good Health."
II. This course is free and can be recognized as environmental education hours. Please search for "Livestock Products and Their Origins" on the "Ministry of Education edu Course Instructor+ Platform" to register immediately. Platform URL: https://moocs.moe.edu.tw/
III. Course period: From now until December 31, 2025.
IV. This course is part of the "Gorgeous Transformation: Production and Processing of Agricultural and Livestock Products" series planned by the Medical, Agricultural, and Industrial Alliance under the "University Alliance Deepening Digital Learning Promotion and Innovative Application Project."
