一、旨揭計畫期望透過區域基地模式，健全跨校教師發展支持網路，提升教師教學研究能量和教學品質，特鼓勵各校教師組成跨校教師社群，促進教師交流與共學成長。

二、跨校教師社群申請說明：
(一)申請日期：即日起至115年2月13日（五）止。
(二)社群組成條件：
１、成員4至8人為原則。
２、成員須包含1名曾執行過教學實踐研究計畫或通過教學升等之教師。
３、由2校以上專任教師組成，每位教師以參加一個社群為限。
(三)執行期程：115年3月13日至115年11月30日。
(四)補助經費：最高補助5萬元業務費。
(五)申請程序：以召集人為代表，於115年2月13日前填寫申請表，並上傳社群運作計畫書（12頁為限），逾期不予受理。

I. Purpose of the Project: This project aims to establish a robust cross-school teacher development support network through a regional base model, enhancing teachers' teaching research capabilities and teaching quality. Teachers from various schools are encouraged to form cross-school teacher communities to promote exchange and collaborative learning.

II. Application Instructions for Cross-School Teacher Communities:

(a) Application Period: From now until February 13th (Friday), 2026.

(b) Community Composition Requirements:

1. A minimum of 4 to 8 members.

2. Each member must include at least one teacher who has previously participated in a teaching practice research project or passed a teaching promotion examination.

3. The community must consist of full-time teachers from at least two schools. Each teacher is limited to participating in only one community.

(c) Implementation Period: March 13th, 2026 to November 30th, 2026.

(d) Subsidy: A maximum subsidy of NT$50,000 for operating expenses. (V) Application Procedure: The convener, acting as a representative, should complete the application form and upload a community operation plan (limited to 12 pages) before February 13th, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.
