為配合本校春節連假，『線上文件系統』將採取以下彈性措施：
臨櫃取件： 2/6(五)至 2/22(日)期間申請者，請於 2/26(四) 起至教務單位領取。
郵寄文件： 2/6(五)至 2/22(日)期間申請者，將於 2/23(一) 春節假期後依序寄出。
補充說明：如因申請數量多，有延遲寄發之情事，造成不便之處，敬請見諒並感謝配合。
To accommodate the Lunar New Year holidays, the following flexibility measures will be adopted from Friday, February 6, to Sunday, February 22, 2026:
In-person Pickup
Applicants who applied during this period may pick up their documents at the Academic Affairs Office starting on Thursday, February 26, 2026.
Mail Delivery
Applicants who applied during this period will have their documents mailed by the Academic Affairs Office sequentially after the holidays.
