說明：
一、本（114）年度第2梯次數位學習課程認證，遇假日受理延至9月1日（每年辦理2梯次：第1梯次為2月、第2梯次為8月）。
二、校指定單一窗口，彙整校內申請案件，於申請期限內至教育部遠距教學交流暨認證(https://ace.moe.edu.tw)上傳認證申請資料，完成線上申請程序，並函送電子公文至國立空中大學。申請文件格式及詳細申請操作流程詳如教育部遠距教學交流暨認證網站相關說明。未完成線上申請作業者，不予受理。
三、另有關本梯次受理之115學年數位學習境外專生專班「二年制專科」及「學士班」審核作業案，業已於114年1月14日以臺教資（二）字第1142700152號文函知各大專校院，有需求之學校，請逕洽國立空中大學申請。

Note:
1. The second batch of digital learning course certification in this year (114) will be extended to September 1st if it is a holiday (two batches are handled each year: the first batch is in February and the second batch is in August).
2. The school designates a single window to compile the application cases within the school, upload the certification application materials to the Ministry of Education's Distance Education Exchange and Certification (https://ace.moe.edu.tw) within the application period, complete the online application process, and send the electronic document to the National Open University. The application document format and detailed application process are detailed in the relevant instructions on the Ministry of Education's Distance Education Exchange and Certification website. Those who have not completed the online application will not be accepted.
3. Regarding the review of the 2025 digital learning overseas students' special classes for "two-year junior college" and "bachelor's degree programs", we have already notified all colleges and universities on January 14, 2025 in the form of the document No. 1142700152 of Taiwan Educational Resources (II). Schools with such needs should contact the National Open University directly for application.
