The thesis defense can be conducted either online or on-site.

The leave-school procedure (the Check-off List) must have to be completed no later than August 19, 2022. If a student fails to complete it by the deadline, the student won’t be eligible to graduate in this semester and have to register for the next semester. If a student fails to complete it by the deadline and this semester happens to be the final semester for the student according the eligible study period, then the student will be withdrawn by the university.
