3) The dismissal notification will be sent by post on Sep. 30 to the students failing to complete the registration fees or failing to return to study after exceeding the maximum length of suspension. Please note that if students receiving the notification fail to complete the registration payments by Oct. 8, the dismissal will be in effect.

4) Qualifications of the scholarship will be canceled for students failing to complete the registration fees or any related outstanding fees.
