◆115年1月19日(一)至2月2日(一)止因學籍轉換，文件申請自動化繳費機暫停接受「中英文在學證明書」申請。

◆日間學制學生若有在學證明需求，每週一至週五行政上班時間內可免費持學生證正反面影本，連同正本至註冊組L103辦公室(8:30~12:00, 13:30~17：30)蓋章即可，進修學制學生請至進修與延伸教育處S101辦公室(15:00~17:00、18:00~21:30)辦理。

◆同學寒假返家或參加比賽急需要在學證明者，請依上述說明提早申請。
◆From 19 Jan. to 2 Feb. 2026, the Certificate of Enrollment (“COE”) in the Document Kiosk is out of service due to administrative updates.

◆Daytime program students who require the COE can apply for the simplified version at the Registration Office (L103) during office hours (Mon. thru Fri., 8:30~12:00, 13:30~17:30). Please bring BOTH the original and a copy of the student card (front and back sides) to L103. The copy will be stamped "registered" after verification.
