一、旨揭活動旨在探討數位原生Z世代學生之情緒韌性與社會情緒學習（SEL）發展，協助高等教育現場教師理解學生心理狀態，並透過藝術創作實踐自我療癒，協助教師掌握 Z 世代學生心理特質，對接學生學習需求，進而優化教學現場互動品質並落實社會情緒學習（SEL）於高教環境。

二、活動資訊
(一)日期：民國115年6月11日（星期四）。
(二)地點：國立臺灣海洋大學綜合研究中心2樓多功能教學研究教室（活動地點指引圖，請參考附件）。
(三)研習主題：
１、場次一（上午09時30分至11時）：「預見大一：從國高中現場看 Z 世代學生的情緒韌性與 SEL 發展」，由臺北市立長安國民中學王曉梅老師擔任講師（同步開放線上直播）。
２、場次二（上午11時10分至 12時40分）：「SEL自我實踐：從理解到經驗—流動畫中的覺察與情緒歷程」，由陳瑜慧藝術治療師／諮商心理師擔任講師。

I. Purpose This activity aims to explore the emotional resilience and social-emotional learning (SEL) development of digitally native Generation Z students, assisting higher education teachers in understanding students' psychological states and practicing self-healing through artistic creation. It also helps teachers grasp the psychological characteristics of Generation Z students, address their learning needs, optimize the quality of classroom interaction, and implement social-emotional learning (SEL) in the higher education environment.

II. Activity Information

(I) Date: June 11, 2026 (Thursday).

(II) Location: Multifunctional Teaching and Research Classroom, 2nd Floor, Comprehensive Research Center, National Taiwan Ocean University (Please refer to the attached map for activity location guidance).

(III) Workshop Topic:

1. Session 1 (9:30 AM to 11:00 AM): "Foreseeing Freshmen: Observing the Emotional Resilience and SEL Development of Generation Z Students in Junior and Senior High Schools," presented by Ms. Wang Xiaomei, teacher at Taipei Municipal Chang-An Junior High School (simultaneously streamed online). 2. Session Two (11:10 AM to 12:40 PM): "SEL Self-Practice: From Understanding to Experience—Awareness and Emotional Journey in Streaming Animation," presented by Art Therapist/Counseling Psychologist Chen Yu-hui.
