一、活動名稱：【教學實踐研究計畫成長系列：啟航篇-教學實踐研究計畫書撰寫】一日工作坊

二、活動說明：
(一)國立中山大學執行115年度教學實踐研究計畫區域基地計畫，透過積極辦教師專業成長工作坊、推動跨校教師社群及建置區域基地跨校支持系統。爰此，因應116年計畫徵件期程將至，特規劃於115年10月16日(五) 辦理【教學實踐研究計畫成長系列：啟航篇-教學實踐研究計畫書撰寫】一日工作坊，協助有意提案老師精進計畫撰寫且提高通過
率。
(二)本工作坊以入門引導與實作演練為核心，帶領教師從自身教學現場出發，重新檢視課程中所面臨的問題與需求，逐步將教學問題轉化為具體且可探究的研究主題，並進一步連結研究方向、課程設計與計畫書撰寫。活動亦融入生成式AI於教學現場之應用，引導教師思考新興工具如何適切融入課程設計與教學實踐。期望透過一日工作坊循序漸進的引導、實作與交流，協助教師釐清教學實踐研究計畫的規劃脈絡，降低初次申請與撰寫計畫的門檻，並將自身教學經驗逐步轉化為具研究性與可執行性的計畫構想，作為後續申請及持續精進教學實踐研究之基礎。

I. Activity Name: [Teaching Practice Research Project Growth Series: Launch - Writing a Teaching Practice Research Project Proposal] One-Day Workshop

II. Activity Description:

(I) National Sun Yat-sen University is implementing the 2026 Teaching Practice Research Project Regional Base Program, actively organizing teacher professional development workshops, promoting inter-university teacher communities, and establishing an inter-university support system for regional bases. Therefore, in light of the approaching 2027 project submission deadline, a one-day workshop entitled [Teaching Practice Research Project Growth Series: Launch - Writing a Teaching Practice Research Project Proposal] will be held on October 16th (Friday) to assist teachers intending to submit proposals in refining their proposal writing and increasing their success rate.

(II) This workshop focuses on introductory guidance and practical exercises, leading teachers to re-examine the problems and needs faced in their courses from their own teaching experience, gradually transforming teaching problems into concrete and explorable research topics, and further connecting research directions, curriculum design, and project proposal writing. The event also incorporated the application of generative AI in the classroom, guiding teachers to consider how emerging tools can be appropriately integrated into curriculum design and teaching practice. The one-day workshop aimed to help teachers clarify the planning framework of their teaching practice research projects through gradual guidance, hands-on activities, and exchanges, lowering the barrier to entry for initial applications and project writing, and gradually transforming their teaching experience into research-oriented and feasible project ideas, serving as a foundation for subsequent applications and continuous improvement of their teaching practice research.
