一、教育部107年12月3日臺教技(三)字第1070211712號函及108年1月7日臺教高(二)字第1070222450號函(諒達)，請各校發展媒體素養相關新興議題教學資源及開設相關課程內容，教育部將視其成果納入高教深耕計畫檢視。

二、配合教育部「推動媒體素養教育行動方案」，115學年度委託銘傳大學辦理「高等教育媒體素養課程發展計畫」，工作坊以全國高等教育現場教師為對象，從媒體識讀基礎談起，進而延伸至教案產製的過程、媒體現象的解讀、教學現場的困難與解方等，培養媒體素養之認知。另作為大專校院高等教育媒體素養課程發展、建置教學參考教材模組、種子教師培訓及經營教師共備社群之基礎。

三、工作坊辦理時間、地點及報名方式如下：
(一)中區工作坊
１、時間：115年12月12日(星期六)。

I. The Ministry of Education's letters dated December 3, 2018 (Taiwan Education Technology (III) No. 1070211712) and January 7, 2019 (Taiwan Education Higher Education (II) No. 1070222450) (under review) request all schools to develop teaching resources and offer related courses on emerging media literacy issues. The Ministry of Education will consider the results and include them in the Higher Education Deep Cultivation Project for review.

II. In conjunction with the Ministry of Education's "Action Plan for Promoting Media Literacy Education," Ming Chuan University was commissioned to conduct the "Higher Education Media Literacy Curriculum Development Project" in the 2026 academic year. The workshops were designed for teachers in higher education institutions nationwide, starting with the basics of media literacy and extending to the process of lesson plan creation, the interpretation of media phenomena, and difficulties and solutions in the teaching field, thereby cultivating media literacy awareness. This also serves as a foundation for the development of media literacy courses in colleges and universities, the construction of teaching reference modules, seed teacher training, and the management of a collaborative teacher community.

(I) Central Taiwan Workshop
